Hi guys

I am looking for a little help. I will soon be moving to Tanzania as a first time international teacher. The school teaches IGSCE history but does not have schemes of work. Having never taught it before and not really knowing much about it I was wondering if anyone could help me?

I found some of the information in this thread from the student forum very helpful:

A good place to start is the scheme of work on the cie teacher support site which someone at the school will be able to sign you up for although I love the look of the version brunocass posted. I shall be plagiarising profusely as I am redoing all our schemes at the moment!

Hi Linda, I realise that you have probably already been teaching the IGCSE course for a while by now, but if you need any advice/want to vent about the CIE IGSCE course please feel free to ask me as I have been teaching the CIE IGCSE course for the last five years here in New Zealand and went through the same process as I suspect you are going through in setting up a Dept. from scratch :)

All the best, Aaron
