Hi there

Materials adapted from the Excellence in Cities National Development Programme for Gifted and Talented Co-ordinators (the G&T Coordinators national 3 day residential training course I attended a couple of years ago) are now available for open access and download online.

Some of the 'launch pads' may be of paticular use to members of the forum (such as 'thinking skills') helping to reinforce and encourage our active strategies for learning.

Best wishes

An interesting take on the importance of identifying and supporting more able/gifted history students before their transition to secondary school!

Paul :)

Do to copyright I am reluctant to load up onto the Forum a 'Practical strategies for supporting more able students' file. However. if anyone is in the middle of refreshing their G&T policies and would like to move forward from basic identification let me know and send me a message via this PM system. ;)
