Hi Joel, could you describe what you can see - is it that just the initial post appears and then everything else is bunched up? Let us know and we can help get it sorted.

Yes, the first post appears and then all of the other posts are collapsed saying. "you have chosen to ignore XXXX. Show XXX's post anyway?"

Like I said I have no idea how I've done it and how to undo it!

That does sound a bit odd. If you click on your username at the top right you can click on 'Manage ignored users' but this is a feature I've never used. Could you try that....?

Would it be possible to have an improved search function? I find the inbuilt one slightly cumbersome...

I take it you've tried the 'Advanced' one? http://www.schoolhis...e&module=search

The better alternative though is Google - we could setup a link so you get something like this: http://www.google.co...y.co.uk%2Fforum

No, I didn't try the 'Advanced' search out but the Google one seems pretty good...
