Our school has moved towards PSHE Days...with the whole school off timetable running PSHE for all years....I think it is fantastic! Having not taught PSHE for over 8 years now (due to the fact my timetable has always been swamped with history)...I have for the first time thoroughly enjoyed teaching it. Not only that but the students have been engaged and enthusiastic about their learning....talk about learn, enjoy and achieve! There is a happy buzz about the place!

Can't believe I'm actually enthusiastic about PSHE!

Do many other schools run whole PSHE days? We are hosting one every half term and if your SLT is thinking of moving this way I can only see it as a good thing!
