I'd have loved to have gone, but I'm not allowed to:
1) Have even 1 day of Inset out of school, of any kind, never mind 2 days!
2) Spend that amount of money. Even if I'd paid myself the school wouldn't have paid for the cover.

It's over a weekend isn't it? Do you teach at the weekend?

It is a three day event, I believe, which I thought started on a Thursday, or a Friday. Perhaps I got the dates mixed up.
