I don't really understand dropbox... do we have to COPY stuff out if we want to use it rather than 'drag' it out`? *fluff head*

I am very confused. What has happened to all the files? They all seem to be deleted or is it just something to do with my account?

It might be because they have been moved into different folders (unless someone has accidentally deleted them all!). It was really dificult to find anything with all the files stored at the root, so I started rearranging into 'Hitler's Germany' and 'Weimar Germany'. Unfortunately, I am now over my quota, as the folder has got so big - so I can't do any more housekeeping, unless anyone else wants an invitation? PM me if you do (that's if you don't mind, Mr W?!)

Someone deleted them all and that's a total of over 1300! I'll check it out but it seems like people are deleting them from the folder. You're supposed to copy files you require to your hard disk and leave the rest. Don't delete them from the dropbox folder. Luckily there's a back up so it isn't hard to fix.

Aaargh! Just checked, and saw that they have actually been deleted! I noticed someone had deleted some of my files from Crime and Punishment last week - maybe people should only have read access? Or does this make it impossible to upload files? Oh dear, a victim of its own success!
