Hi folks,

When I was on my PGCE course last year my mentor mentioned a good role play about medieval pilgrimages called 'Why go on a pilgrimage?' by Jamie Byrom, but I stupidly forgot to get a copy of this.

Does anyone know how it works or has a copy they would be so kind as to share? I was hoping to use this with my Year 7s next term and continue to build on the role plays and simulations we have done this term!

Jamie tells me it was in Issue 99 of Teaching History (in May 2000) and the article is called "Why go on a medieval pilgrimage?"
