Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if you could help me out. I'm new to teaching A Level and am just in the final throws of the AS course before my students sit their examination in two weeks time. My school have asked staff to set some 'bridging activities' to prepare students for their A2 studies which will start at the end of June to keep them busy between now and then. I'll be honest, I've been so wrapped up in GCSE and AS Level exam prep I've not had much chance to look in depth at my A2 materials yet. I'm teaching OCR A Civil Rights in the USA 1865-1992 and was wondering if anyone out there also sets preparation activities for A2 and what types of activities you encourage your students to participate in. I've had a few ideas but am not sure if they 'cut the mustard' so to speak! I really appreciate anyone willing to help me out!
Thanks
