Have you come across this site?

Click on the relevant chapter, then on the 'Chapter outline' link on the left to bring up a long list of resources.

Unforutnately, a lot of the links are dead now, but it is still quite a treasure trove of resources.

Thanks John, the stuff on the Russian Revolution (which I teach at AS) looks very useful!
