Dear All,

I am hoping to move north this summer, to the Leeds/Bradford area, and consequently am (in a Dick Whittington-esque manner, trusty cat by my side and stick/bundle of my goods over my shoulder) in the search for fresh employment.

Thus, if anyone knows of an AST job in the offing, or even hears their HoD/Senior Leader mention that a History AST might be a useful addition to their team, or indeed knows of any History position for Sept 06, then please get in touch with me. Even the faintest sniff of a job will be worth me following it up!

Thank you in advance,

Donald
:)

Well if Don can advertise himself, so can I! :D

If anyone knows of any positions for an enthusiastic, young History/Humanities/ICT teacher for Easter or September, please let me know... :teacher:

There could easily become an 'in the know' job site to rival TES

There might be a position going in my department but you'd have to be good at dictation to get the job. :D

Grumpy old f**t looking for Head Teacher's post to boost pension. I can close a door and read a newspaper with the best of 'em. PM me if you know of one coming up!

I suppose the live chat feature could be used for interviews.

... and if you were to add a cam-to-cam feature it could facilitate the lesson observation (via interactive whiteboard?) too!

A marketing opportunity? B)

Well if it's good enough for Mr Belshaw....

After a couple of years in a challenging school, I'm currently after a new post, preferably with extra responsibility. I'm looking for something in Dorset/South Wiltshire or West Hants.

Please contact me if you hear of anything. BTW - is there anywhere else on the site it may be worth posting this message?

Thanks,

Jason
