Ancient Egypt web Clear and accessible information pages on Ancient Egypt.  Perfect to use with pupils, and may spur them on to create something similar themselves!  Also has links onto further resources.
Thinking Things from Snaith Primary Specifically created materials for Primacy school use - clear, colourful and entertaining.  Superb for use with pupils.
Mysteries of the Nile Another superb PBS site, the highlight of which is the 'explore Ancient Egypt' section.  With QuickTime installed, all can view incredible interactive images of the pyramids and more.
Ancient Egyptian ICT activities Extensive collection of ready made ICT activities relating to the Ancient Egyptians.  Covers all aspects of Egyptians developing a wide range of ICT skills.
Educate the Children Offers a prepared unit with worksheets and so on, but is currently incomplete.  A worksheet on Egyptian clothing and life at home is available though. 
Ancient Egyptians Clear presentation offering a text heavy summary of the Ancient Egyptians.  Additional links offered at the bottom of the page, most to good quality material.
Ancient Egypt Large and immediately accessible collection of links relating to Ancient Egypt.  Much is far too complicated for direct classroom use, but for research, this is an excellent starting place. 
AncientEgypt.co.uk Impressively organised site from the British museum covering all aspects of the Ancient Egyptians.  With preparation, areas of the site would work well in class (such as the shockwave games).
Mark Millmore's Ancient Egypt Beautifully presented site offering in depth information relating to Ancient Egypt.  Some incredible images together with clear explanations.  A little too detailed for direct pupil use.
