After a long gap, I've finally had the chance to make some progress with this - there are a couple of areas still to fix, but this is a very usable solution.

11/12/04 - Recent improvements mean storyboard data can easily be saved and loaded.
Following feedback and ideas, further options are being added. Please make your suggestion.
The final storyboards will be launched as soon as possible.
