If this is a specific homework question then I am afraid that - as we say at the top of the page - we will help, but not "do your work for you"
In order to answer the question you need to think about what advantages Hitler gained when Rohm (head of the SA) and hundreds of other poliical enemies were killed. Think about what sort of threat Rohm and the SA were to Hitler, and think about whose support Hitler was able to gain as a result of these 'murders'.
