Atomic Bomb: Hiroshima Work
#2

Hello and Welcome!
Since you are a new member then you may not be aware that we will not "do your work for you" (not that I think you were necessariily expecting that we would!), but we are happy to help you to find the information you need so you can work things out for yourself.
If you only need basic information then you should find this online task about the dropping of the Atom Bomb useful. Certainly the links that are mentioned at the end will help you with your work.
Do post again, if you need more than that.

Have you followed up all the links given at the end of the task I linked to in the first post?
If you really need much more detailed information then take a look at the following sites:
The Enola Gay site - follow the link to 'the Decision' section.
The bombing of Hiroshima: Was it necessary?
Are you still only looking for sites which help you understand why the Americans dropped the bomb?

If what you are looking for is a site that does what I suspect is your homework for you so that you can just print it out, then the answer is 'No'.
Go back to the first link that I gave you - this one:
http://www.schoolhis...tomicbomb.shtml
and read the introductory material provided. (The basic answer is there!) and then follow up the links provided for answering the questions. You will find what you need in at least some of those links, but you really do need to think for yourself a bit!
You have now been given all the help that is necessary.

First, everybody on this forum always says 'Please'. The teachers who answer your questions are doing it for free in their own time after school, and it's just rude to write in that they 'must tell you' something.
My immediate reaction was: 'No I mustn't'
Second, as always, the HistoryLearning site is a really good, straightforward introduction - http://www.historyle...atomic_bomb.htm
If you want to go deeper, just google:
"atomic bomb" Hiroshima
and you will get links to a load of good sites on the first page.
