I'm surprised you haven't found anything 'cos there are several good sites.

See here:
Annotated links to sites about the changing role of women from our main site.
Of the sites listed there, the one from the Learning Curve is probably the best for your current purposes.

In addition, take a look at the some of the revision activities in this section of our main site.. It deals with various aspects of the 'Impact of War', but several of the activities relate specifically to the role of women.

Good Luck tomorrow!

The main reason there aren't many sites - and indeed why BBC Bitesize doesn't cover your topics - is because there is a wide range of topics that schools can choose to study for GCSE.

BBC Bitesize tries to cover as many as possible, but cannot cover them all. As it sounds you are doing, you just need to work through your class notes and materials, perhaps using weblinks to help you revise further.

Transport and Leisure, together with Agriculture, used to be really popular options in schools, but many now concentrate on other topics.

Good luck!

The Learning Curve link I gave in my first reply is really good on 'women' - and includes a lot of source material too.

Another very good site (though not specifically for revision purposes) is Mr Clare's 'Votes for Women' site.

As Mr Field said, the topics you are studying aren't amongst the most popular (which explains the lack of revision materials. However, there are some materials online that you may find useful for revision in the future.

See the worksheets etc on the Agricultural Revolution that you can download from this page of our main site. If you have any problems downloading them (they are mostly Acrobat Reader files), then see this page:
http://www.schoolhis...ourcehelp.shtml

Also see the various links, activities, revision games etc. on the Agricultural Revolution that you can access from this page of our main site.

For revision of Transport and Leisure see this page.

PS If that last link doesn't work for you let us know and I'll tell you how else you can access the revision materials there.
