Hi,
I need to write about what the allies decided would happen to Germany at the end of the second world war and it has to be atleast 200 words!

I know Germany was divided into 4 zones and each zone was occupied by each allie, and Berlin was also divided into 4 zones with the same method.

But what else? It has to be 200 worlds long and I cant do that with only two points.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am not entirely sure what date limits you have for this question but assume you are required to look solely at the initial decisions made in 1945.

You should find the information on Mr Clare's Modern World History site helpful. See the section on the Cold War here:

In particular look at the sections on Yalta and Postdam on this page and notice how - as relations between the Americans and Russians began to deteriorate - the arrangements made for Germany changed.

I think that if you describe and explain what was agreed (and bring out the changing decisions) that you will be able to meet the word requirement.
