Hello I'm in Year 11 finishing a piece of coursework on developments in nineteenth century concerning surgery.
I cant find a source criticizing nurses before Nightingale's improvements. I already have a decent source explaining the work the were given but the source is fairly positive making the nurses sound like they are really helping patients. I need a contradicting source because my actual task is to explain problems presented to Nightingale using a given source and some research.

Typical ay..
I didnt ask for answers I asked if you knew of any information sources on nursing before Florence Nightingale's improvements. But preferrably a negative source.
But just forget it. I should have known teachers would be just as useless outside of school as in.

We do have to keep to the rules that exam boards set out. Coursework has to be your own work. We do not make these rules. Any guidance that we give in relation to your coursework can be counted as assistance.
Also please realise we aren't running this forum for anything other than a homework and revision help service. It is a pity you feel so badly about this, but I'm afraid there is little we can do.
