I am a 23 year old who failed GCSE History appallingly. Yet History is throughly enjoyable to me, and I spend my spare time watching History/Discovery channel and going to France/Belgium/Poland (and soon Japan) to learn more and visit museums.
Basically, I now feel that I want to redo my GCSE to prove to myself that I do know what I think I know. How would I go about taking the paper? I've found an adult GCSE course online, but it costs £259 and that includes teaching, which maybe arrogantly I don't think I require.
Can anyone advise me?
Thanks,
Mike
