Potsdam Conference leaders attending it

All my books say that at the Potsdam Conference in 1945 the British PM changed from being Churchill to Attlee. What I can't work out is when this happened. Did Churchill start the conference and Attlee finish off? Or did Attlee do it all the way through? It's probably not really that important, but I want to know!

You are exactly correct!

Churchill was Prime Minister at the start of the Potsdam conference. However, he lost the British general election that took place during the conference. Churchill thus had to come home and was replaced by Attlee, the new Prime Minister.
