I can’t find it any were I have looked on the web and I have read but nothing.

You are talking (writing) as if 'Latin America' was just one country, Kathy .... whereas it's lots of different countries, isn't it? I'd be surprised if the answer to your questions was exactly the same in every Latin American country.

However I think the answer to your question probably is as follows:
  • Those with the most political power after Independence = landowners and other men of the upper classes of Spanish or Portuguese origin (ie the rich).
  • Those with the least power = native Americans and those who were former slaves (ie the poor).

I'm also unclear as to whether what you want is broad generalisations (such as I have given above) or whether you need much more detail.

I'm just guessing here for a moment but it will almost certainly be:
  • establishing a stable government and dealing with conflict between rival political groups and social classes (possibly rebellion?)
  • economic survival now they are independent
Logic , common sense (and history) tells you that newly independent countries all tend to face similar political and economic problems once the old colonial power has gone and this is especially the case if there has been no carefully planned hand over of power.

If you need specific detail about events and problems in particular Latin American countries then do post again, but you need to be precise about what you want.
