Does anyone know any websites that show the development of churches from the norman era to present day? Thanks

I guess the best way of finding if there is anything useful is to Google for 'history +church +architecture' (without the quote marks)

I don't know of a one-stop site myself and I doubt whether you will find one that does exactly what you seem to want, but the following site may be of some use to you:
http://www.bbc.co.uk...l/church_state/ ..... some of the links on the page look promising.

I suspect that your best source of information will be an encyclopedia or a book on the History of Church Architecture and I suggest that you go to your nearest public library and explain what you are looking for.
