I am learning about Anti-Comintern Pact but I was sick and I was wondering what it is? what is so Significant about it?

Basically, an alliance of Germany, Italy and Japan against Russia.
Its significance is that it just another of those steps up to war that Hitler took between 1933 and 1939.
