VERY difficult.
Is this any use?

or of you want something REALLY hard:

Key elements, as I remember (!!!), were:
1. YOUTH suddenly emerging as having buying power, with its result in the growth of Carnaby Street, records etc.
2. The government manipulating government spending - letting the economy overheat before and election, and then pulling back to try to stop inflation: the 'Stop-go' economy
3. Much more wealth generally: 'You never had it so good'.
4. Technology - TV, tape recorders, washing machines, gadgets etc.
5. The motor car
6. Balance of payments deficits.
7. A growing housing crisis ('Cathy Come Home')
