I have an exam on monday and im revising for it but i odnt understand sum of the questions .
(a) In what ways did the allies deal with german territory at the end of second world war
- is it about berlin split into 4 zones or something else because it is worth 4 marks

and

(B) Describe the key feautures of marshall aid
This really confuses me because all i can think of is what it is. it is worth 6marks

You could mention the Greek Civil War as a contingent cause for the Marshall Plan.

The British withdrawal from Greece prompted the Truman Doctrine, which spawned the Marshall Plan: see the sequnce of events at http://www.johndclar...t/cold_war8.htm

If the question is 'Describe the Truman Doctrine' then beware to getting sidetracked to explain something else. You might MENTION Greece as part of a description of the Truman Plan - it is not irrelevant to explain that Truman was hurried into the Truman Doctrine because Britain was threatening to pull out of Greece and he was frightened the Communists would take over ... but I'd leave it at that at most.
The question clearly wants you to talk about the Truman Plan, and its causes are only part of the story.
And all the time, make sure that you're making it clear that although you are mentioning Greece you are talking about the Truman Plan as you were asked.
