I am really not being unsympathetic here but this forum is for homework help and is not intended to help students catch up on work missed due to absence.
I think the best thing you could do here is to approach your teacher and ask for additional help to make up for the time you have lost. I am sure you will be given a sympathetic hearing. You are obviously keen to do your best and teachers always appreciate this and respond to it if they are approached in the correct way.

Shame that you've editied your post in this way. Especially as I teach Russia at GCSE and would probably have been able to give you lots of guidance - which I can't do now as I don't kno exactly what you were looking for. And yes, a 'help' site is rather pointless if you're going to edit out the question you want help on....
