Okey doke, I've got an essay to do for erm, tomorrow...

Which was the greatest danger to the peace of Europe in the years 1905-14?
• The rivalry between France & Germany in Morocco;
• The rivalry between Austria-Hungary and the Serbs in the Balkans?


I've got that I have to start with the first Bosnian crisis,
also that the Kaiser wanted to break up the powers of Britain and france,
also to mention the Moroccan crises.

Other than that I am stumped?!

Does anyone know any good history sites with either sample essays, or more "stuff" on this subject?
I've been googling for over 1hr and my brain hurts!!!

These 'which of two' questions are JUST the kind of question you will get in the exam.
The way to answer them is this.

First section: The rivalry between France & Germany in Morocco
This refers to the First Moroccan crisis and the Agadir crisis.
a. Describe both events. (gets you to a E/F if you do it for both sections)
b. Explain how they endangered the peace (gets you to a D/C of you do it for both sections)

Second Section: The rivalry between Austria-Hungary and the Serbs in the Balkans
This refers to the Annexation of Bosnia, 1908, and the Assassination at Sarajevo, 1914 (you might also want to MENTION - but no more - the Pig War and the Balkan Wars) - get all the necessary facts at http://www.johndclar...tria&Serbia.htm
a. Describe both events. (gets you to a E/F if you do it for both sections)
b. Explain how they endangered the peace (gets you to a D/C of you do it for both sections)

Conclusion
