Publish Dissertation Or Not?

I will start writing my dissertation soon. Will I have to get my dissertation published once I am done? How will I get it published? Any input will be highly appreciated.

We cannot answer this.
You must contact the awarding body and ask them.
There will probably be precise guidelines - not only about publication, but about layout - which you will have to adhere to.
I suggest you see your tutor as a matter of urgency.
