The Coal Mines Regulation Act of 1908,: Herbert Gladstone
The creation of the Trade Boards in 1909: Winston Churchill
" " Labour Exchange in 1909: Winston Churchill
National Insurance Act 1912: Lloyd George.
Herbert Gladstone (son of the famous Prime Minister) was Home Secretary and MP for Leeds West in 1908 when he presented the Coal Mines Regulation Act.
