Trench Letter Wwi

i need to write an essay as if i'm a soldier or nurse in a trench in WWI and i am about to go over the top/ see the soldiers go over the top. It is supposed to be 3 pages but i just can't seem to get it that far. I am writing about the battle of the somme and it needs to be authentic. I think i'm going to write as a nurse. I need help cause this is due tomorrow and I also have to study for my WWI test tomorrow so I'm in kind of a hurry.
