All of them!
This is just a complicated 'ether-or' question with more than two alternatives.
Still answer it is the same way - deal with each possibility in turn, and for each describe, explain, assess.
Then finish with a conclusion which weighs the different assessments.

Thus:
'There were five possible causes of the globalisation of the Cold War.'

'The FIRST possible cause was the personalities of the characters involved - truman, stalin and Mao Zedong of china.'
Then:
Describe the actions of these three
Explain how this caused the Cold War to go global
Assess how important a factor it was ('This was very/only slightly/ hardly important because...')

'The SECOND possible cause was US ambitions.'
Then:
Describe the US ambitions
Explain how this caused the Cold War to go global
Assess how important a factor it was ('This was very/only slightly/ hardly important because...')

'The THIRD possible cause was Soviet ambitions.'
Then:
Describe the Soviet ambitions
Explain how this caused the Cold War to go global
Assess how important a factor it was ('This was very/only slightly/ hardly important because...')

'The FOURTH possible cause was Chinese ambitions.'
Then:
Describe the Chinese ambitions
Explain how this caused the Cold War to go global
Assess how important a factor it was ('This was very/only slightly/ hardly important because...')

'The FIFTH possible cause was the fall of the colonial empires.'
Then:
Describe the fall of the colonial empires
Explain how this caused the Cold War to go global
Assess how important a factor it was ('This was very/only slightly/ hardly important because...')

In conclusion, therefore...
weigh the five assessments and come to a judgement.
Do NOT just repeat what you have said, but come up with a reason WHY the one you say was most important was most important.

PS - to help you think out this, spend a little time thinking about chronology - WHEN, in your opinion, did the Cold War 'go global'. This should help you decide which was the most important cause.
e.g. if you choose Berlin 1948, that counts out China
if you choose Korea, then it very much involves China
if you choose Cuba, then it has to be something else.
