Attitudes towards women and their right to vote had changed by 1918.
How important was the First World War in bringing about this change?

Sorry Victoria - but this is not a 'cheat' site and we don't just provide ready made answers to coursework or essays that you have been set for homework.
Any work that you produce must be your own.
This is a good site for your research:
http://www.historyle...201900_1945.htm
and this page has helpful information about the role of women in the First World War:
http://www.spartacus...o.uk/Wfirst.htm
To answer your question well, however, you will need to consider all the reasons why women gained the vote after WWI - because you need to assess the importance of the war. ie Was the War the most important reason of all, or were other reasons equally or more important?
When you have done some research of your own, then if you have any particular things you are stuck on then do post again. We may be able to help - but the rules about what is permitted for coursework are quite strict.

Mark, we need to be clear - this sounds very much like coursework. Please remember we are not allowed to assist with specific coursework questions - it may be considered cheating. You should always consult your own teacher with specific requests.
Nevertheless, you can explore the impact of WWI on women yourself with the following links:
http://www.schoolhistory.co.uk/lessons/imp...r/wwiwomen.html
http://www.bbc.co.uk.../women_01.shtml
http://www.historylearningsite.co.uk/women...rld_war_one.htm
If this is not coursework, please explain and we can help further.

I need help on how to structure an answer to this question as I only get 7/15 mark which is a high level 2, I need to improve on it to get an A or A* if I get 5 marks more.
So the question is:
Question 3: “Without the First World War British women would not have gained the right to vote in 1918.” Do you agree or disagree with this interpretation? Explain your answer using the Source and knowledge from your studies.
Source A: Suffragette Demonstration in London, 1908
Source B: Suffragette methods
Source C: The importance of vote
Source D: A demonstration by women in London in 1910.
Source E: An argument in favour of votes for women.
Source F: An argument against votes for women.
Source G: Women's views on improving their lives.
Source H: Men and women united in a common cause
Source I: Male attitudes to workers during the First World War.
Source J: Consequences of women's involvement in the war effort.
Source K: Other evidence.
**Sorry if I didn't show the full source as I haven't time to type all of them.
Any help would be helpful!
Thanks!
