All this is fairly impossible to answer, and you need to speak to you teacher.
The number 0470/02 refers to a Cambridge IGCSE History course, paper 2.
If you are in Year 11 and taking the exam in 2009, according to the syllabus, the paper is on:
German involvement in the Spanish Civil War (May/June examination) OR The decline and collapse of Soviet control over Eastern Europe (November examination)
If you are in Year 10 and taking the exam in 2010, according to the syllabus, the paper is on:
The decline and collapse of Soviet control over Eastern Europe (May/June examination) OR German involvement in the Spanish Civil War (November examination)
So I don't know where the connection between Paper 2 and Vietnam comes in.
Vietnam does not appear in the Cambridge IGCSE
In fact, the only place that Vietnam is mentioned in the syllabus is:
a. in section 5 of the 20th core in the section: How effectively did the USA contain the spread of Communism?
b. in the China depth study
As for month and year, I don't really know what you mean - date of the exam? dates of the topic?
So - here we go.
First, you must go an ask your teacher.
Second, if you need to come back here, you need to sort out what BOARD, PAPER and YEAR you are taking, and make your question clearer.
Best of luck!

Can't help - it IS unavailable!
If your teacher is registered with CIE, it may be available on the Teacher Support Website.
But I am mystified why you want it - you can't be doing it in Nov 08 because it is done.

Hey,
I know what you mean.
However, the October/November 2008 IGCSE papers have not be uploaded online. It would be, though, in time to come and you can check it out from this website: http://pastpapers4fr...---history.html The November History Paper 2 will be the file: 0470_w08_qp_2.pdf If you are really desperate, then check with your teacher because schools still keep the question papers for all subjects, they only sent our scripts to Cambridge.
