Are there any plans to update the main site to include modern Britain, 1945 up until now?

I understand maintaining a website like this is difficult, and time consuming, particularly when it's maintained by people with such time-consuming jobs anyway!

But, the above topic would be helpful, if not for me, but for future students.

Hi - I didn't have any plans to include that topic and whilst I've had a quick look - finding http://www.bbc.co.uk...british/modern/ - there doesn't really appear to be too many internet resources available. However, for specific subjects within the topic I'm sure a great deal of material will exist, simply through sites like the BBC On this Day site: http://news.bbc.co.u...day/default.stm

In the short term I'm thus afraid that the topic will not appear, simply because it isn't something that I'm teaching. However, I will look to include it when I have the chance
