Who Are These Historical Figures? Photo IDs

For a project, I'm having a hard time figuring out who some of these people are...Here is a picture, and I numbered all the people I have to identify...If you know who any of these people are, it'd be SUCH a great help. Thank you so much :)

Yes! I got that far .. and spent hours trying to track the picture down via the poster ... but failed miserably!

A teacher from the History Teacher's forum (CHS) says that #2 is Ben Kuroki, one of the first Japanese-American Nesei to enlist in WWII, and who served as an air-gunner.
