Mr Drew replied whilst I was off looking for suitable sites. I hope we have not duplicated them

The section on Ordinary People on this page has brief but useful information and there are more, online notes on this'Guns not Butter' page ('Guns not Butter' was a Nazi slogan which emphasised the need to prepare for war rather than to produce consumer goods).

This page on the Nazis and the Economy is more detailed and is probably just what you need.

This page on the Nazi Economy has online notes for an AS level course but you may find the statistics useful.
