I think that 'orthodoxy' refers to Alexander's support for the Russian Orthodox Church. This included, according to one of the references given by Miss Buxton, attacks on non-Orthodox religious minorities in the Russian Empire.
So, if you have covered his religious policy then this should help answer the question. Otherwise, google (other search engines are available) or perhaps there are experts on this aspect of Imperial Russia just waiting to help?
