How Can I Remember Dates? i have to remember dates for so much stuff!!!!!

OMG, i am doing american history...
i have my exam on the 3rd JUNE!!! <<paper one
and then paper two on 11th june...
Paper two will be better as you dnt have to know as much...but paper one!!!!!

I need to remember so much stuff about divided union and superpower relations...
its not just 2 things though...its everything that happened in those time periods...

as for american presidents...why do they have to keep being assassinated and die...i have to remember who was when...its hard :(

i need help remembering dates, anyone have any good ideas?

Do you know the exam board?

Dates!!! Do you like music? if so, sing them. Make up a sentence or rhyme linking the date with the action / event and SING IT. Like pictures? Get a big bit of paper and write the action and date in coloured pen. Trace it with your finger while you say it. Maybe draw a relevant picture around it. Sit back, look at it, think about it. Look away and close your eyes. Can you still see it?

Test yourself a wee bit on the dates every night. If you're interested and want to learn, don't worry - you will!

the key to remembering information is firstly understanding it and then DOING something with it.
