OK
First thing you need to know is that I do not teach OCR SHP GCSE.
As I see it, the special topic for Paper 2 is:
Medicine: Medicine in the Nineteenth and Twentieth Centuries: Surgery
It is my understanding that, however, you might get a question set on ANY area of the syllabus (see Section C of this document) in Paper One .
And while it is highly unlikely that they will set a question on 19th and 20th century surgery (since that is the special topic), I suspect they may set questions on some other aspect of the 19th and 20th centuries.
NOW I REPEAT, I do not teach this board and do not know for sure.
What I will do is ask on the History Teachers' forum, and see if we can get someone who actually teaches it.
Look back in a day or so and see if anyone has been able to help.
(And meanwhile, my way is the better-safe-than-sorry way.)

Mr Clare is right.
Specified content is unlikely to come up on the other paper BUT that period could do; abeit for a different focus.

QUESTION PAPERS
Paper 1, Section A covers the Studies in Development. On each of the Studies, one compulsory
source-based question and three structured questions, from which candidates answer one, are
set.
Paper 1, Section B tests the Studies in Depth. On each of the Studies, one compulsory sourcebased
question and two structured questions, from which candidates answer one, are set.
Paper 2 is set on the chosen Study in Development, and consists of a source-based investigation
of an historical issue. Candidates answer all questions. The specification for each year will
indicate the broad area of content from which the specific topic for the paper will be drawn.
