I'm trying to find stuff on Madison, but it's really proving to be a pain in the ass. Everything I find, is about the federalist papers, or something great he did, BEFORE he was president. I'm trying to find stuff he did AS president. If you have any idea about any of the following things, that would be great.

Interaction with the three branches - I found 1 regarding legislative branch, they passed a bill and he vetoed it.
Events that happened while he was president, as in things that he was involved with, and show his use of power, like the war of 1812, he did a lot in that, I got that covered, but what else happened? I can't really find anything important.
Economic Involvement - maybe statistical and econcept focus on his power related to economic situations, fiscal policy?
Statistics! - I cant find ANYTHING on this! i need some kind of graph to make related to statistical analysis, stats to power issues

Thanks a lot again.

I spent a while clicking round the web last night and couldn't find anything, apart from two very old (and old-fashioned = useless) google-books here and here, and another google-book so huge you won't be able to plough through it.

You'll have to go to your local library and ask there.
Or ask your teacher - he's the one who set the task!!

Madison seems to have spent most of his presidency trying and failing to hold to his federalist principles.

alright thanks for the help

i would ask my teacher, but this is one of those teachers who gives us some book page numbers and weird assignments that we're supposed to figure out all on our own.
