I presume these are school internal exams, and that there is no external specification.
Thefore you will do best to revise from the notes and the textbook your teacher has given you.

However, you can get good general notes on the Middle Ages from the HistoryLearning site.

Hi,
thanks a lot for suggesting the site. it covers almost everything that is needed.
there are some key questions which might come and essay writings can also come for the foll:

What all resources can tell us about medieval peasents?
What are the reasons for normans to win the battle of hastings?
How did the peasent revolt get out of control?
why did people support owain glyn dwr?
what were the reasons for the foll kings to rise:henry2, Edward1, Henry5
and the foll. kings to fall:
edward2,henry6and queen matilda

These are the main questions. though i read the book, i still think that some external material would be good
Thanks again for your time and effort.

How organised you seem!
Well done - I wish all pupils were as organised as you. :)

Many of the topics on your list have been covered in previous threads on the forum - you may wish to try to put them into a forum search.
I will leave you to do this for yourself, but if you have difficulty with any of them, get back and we will see what we can do to help.

hi Mr D'Clare

Thanks for all the help and your comment. The test went easy for me.
If you want all the pupils to be organised, here are some tips:
always encourage people who send in clear and organised posts like you have done already for me.
the effect is that we feel quite pleased when someone comments on us and we try to do more of a good work to get more positive comments

I agree. When I was your age I always responded to people praising my achievement by trying even harder to deserve their respect. But when they criticised and grumbled, I just gave up - I was already trying as hard as I could, and if that didn't please them there seemed no point in even trying.

Good Luck.. I'm currently doing my GCSEs in year 11 and hoping to carry on in Sixth Form to do Politics, philosophy, History and Media.
carry on with History though, its a great subject that we can all learn from, especially things like British Empire, thats my favourite part to our history, im so proud of this country's past.

These two comments are definitely true. Praise in history is rare and great to have been given.

There is a word for this, which i cannot remember. Basically it means that you do not need to have a physical award to feel good about something, you can have something that is worth nothing like praise, yet worth everything for someone else, like a student.
