Industrial Revolution Aagain tips for revising, sources reliabiity and utility

hi,
i have my exams real soon about this topic- well specifically children in factories..
and we will be looking at sources and have to write an essay about reliabilty and information..
do you have any good tips on how to understand sources well and get a high level in my essay ?

You will learn at GCSE how to do essays on the reliability and usefulness of sources.
