There is loads out there on food in medieval Baghdad.
Just google
medieval baghdad food
and follow the links.
This google book tells you the most - a huge amount in great detail.

Having said that, I can't find out what they did for breakfast - but you will find LOADS on the different kinds of dinners they ate.

Don't forget to mention that it was the Muslim Ziryab who introduced the idea of eating dinner in different courses.
