Hey,
In preparation for an essay that my History teacher set for class, I need to find some historiography related to the question "To what extent did World War One lead to the downfall of Tsar Nicholas II?"
Are there any good sites that may help with this and historiography in general

Good webpage here.Hey,

This webpage contains historians' views about WWI, but Russia and Nicholas features large - go through and look at the relevant ones.
And read this google book, page 104ff.
This document gives an historiography of the Russian revolutions.
and there was a collection of quotes here.
On the Soviet Union,a reasonable starting point would be the wikipedia page.
