Hi there!
I was just wondering if you give me tips to improve my writing on....

1) describing an effect. I usually get 2 1/2 out of 4. :(
For example, Describe the effect of the TVA project on USA.
Describe the effect of the march in Alabama on USA in the civil rights movements.

2) evaluation!! D: I get 9 out of 15 for this.. I just dont know what to write! She said something about linking? any tips how to 'link'?

3) how to infer sources. we are given a source.. and we have to write about WHAT YOU SEE and what does it TELL YOU.

I am doing an IGCSE final exam on Tuesday.. and our topic covers from the 1920s to early 1960 in USA

Please do help!
Thank you! :)

Mr. Clare is brilliant on this sort of thing, so I'll make sure he has a look at your questions. In the mean time, have a look at his website, which is full of advice. For example, this page on How to do Source work.
