Sorry for taking time to reply, I have been looking for a map or a site that just has a list that would help you with this, but have not been able to find one quickly.
Normally we don't "do people's homework for them" but if all you need is a list then here you go:
March 1936 : Reoccupation of the Rhineland (Note: this was German, but Germany had been forbidden to station troops there after WWI)
March 1938: Austria (without any fighting)
October 1938: the Sudetenland part of Czecholslovakia) - no fighting
March 1939: The western part of Czechoslovakia (Bohemia and Moravia) - no fighting
September 1939: Poland
April/May 1940: Norway, Denmark,Holland, Belgium, France.
If I can find a map I'll post again.

there is a really useful rhyme to remember Hitler's 6 steps to war....found on Mr Clare's website:
http://www.johndclar...RoadtoWWII3.htm
Remember Rudolf And Santa's Christmas Pud
RE-ARMAMENT
Hitler began to build up his armed forces
RHINELAND
Hitler invaded the Rhineland on 7 March 1936.
AUSTRIA
In 1938, Hitler took over Austria.
SUDETENLAND
In 1938, Hitler tried to take over the Sudetenland. Neville Chamberlain appeased Hitler. At Munich, on 29 September 1938, Britain and France gave Hitler the Sudetenland.
CZECHOSLOVAKIA
On 15 March 1939, Hitler’s troops marched into the rest of Czechoslovakia.
POLAND
In 1939, Hitler tried to take over Poland.
On 1 September 1939, Hitler invaded Poland.
On 3 September 1939, Chamberlain declared war on Germany.
this site has lots of information - revision notes on the topic 1919 to 1939...if you skip through the test there are 4 maps.....revision notes from peace to war 1919 to 1939
hope this helps!

Reclaiming the Polish Corridor was a long-held German aim (since Treaty of Versailles) as indeed was the expansion of German territory to the East - including Poland (the Mitteleuropa idea of the late C19th Pan-Germany supporters).
However if what you mean is was the 'reoccupation of the Polish Corridor' a separate military campaign from the aquisition of territory under the Nazi-Soviet Pact - the answer is no. Both took place in the Autumn of 1939 and the Germans established their 'Gouvernement' of western Poland.
