Speech against the Spanish Armada The actual text of Queen Elizabeth's speech against the armada from the History Place.  Brief summary of her reign, followed by the text.
Selected Writing and Speeches Far too detailed for direct use with KS3, this site presents the text of many of Queen Elizabeth's speeches.  An interesting summary at the beginning of the page demonstrates their research value.
The marriage of Elizabeth I An exhaustive site, laid out as a book.  It goes into great depth examining and attempting to explain Elizabeth I's changing marriage plans.  Very useful for research, incomprehensible for direct teaching.
