Spartacus Educational An excellent educational website, and the Parliamentary Reform section, together with the Encyclopedia of British History 1750-1900 are indispensable for study of this topic.
The Victorian Web A first class collection of information about the 19th Century.  Detailed articles about all aspects of social and political history combined with useful links and resources.   
The Workhouse A superb site, beautifully presented and resourced.  Provides extensive information on the history of the workhouse and the poor laws.  Interesting and useful!
19th Century Britain From the Modern History Sourcebook.  Excellent material relating to Radicalists, Reformists and Social Class. 
Finding out about 19th people From the Public Record Office, an activity helping pupils analyse photographs to find out more detail about 19th Century people.
Power, Politics and Protest Also from the Public Records Office, this superb site (which makes use of Flash technology) goes thorough the major political events of the 19th Century in accessible detail.  Highly recommended!
The Peterloo Massacre From the Spartacus website, an excellent collection of in depth evidence, research material and links relating to events of August 16th 1819. 
Reform Acts From the Victorian Web, a brief summary on the reform bills that changed the British voting system.
1832 Reform Act From the Spartacus website, another superb collection of evidence and material, this time relating to the 1832 Reform Act. 
Chartism Britannica.com's entry for Chartism.  Provides a explanation of the movement, that can be used to begin further research. 
Failure of Chartism From the Victorian Web, a good explanation of the eventual failure of Chartism.  As with many of the topics, this website has a great deal of useful information. 
Emancipation of Women Another good quality section of the Spartacus website.  This provides information on individuals, pressure groups and Acts.  Again, excellent material!
